Cancellation Policy:
• Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of the full price of the service will apply.
• Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time through [specify method—e.g., account dashboard or by contacting customer service].
• Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
• Once a subscription is canceled, access to services or benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

Late Arrivals:
• If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing others, and the full price of the service will apply.
• Appointments will be automatically canceled if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late.

Refund Policy:
• We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to speak with us immediately so we can find a solution that supports your satisfaction.

Unused Services Policy:
• For clients on a subscription or service plan, any services not used within the monthly cycle do not roll over to the next month.
• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and utilize services within the active period.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services after the billing cycle ends.

Chargebacks:
• We encourage clients to contact us directly at 779-335-4834 with any disputes or concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
• Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are considered a violation of our terms and may result in the termination of our business relationship.

Dispute Resolution Process:
• If a client believes they were incorrectly charged, we will review the claim. If valid, a refund or account credit will be issued within 7 business days.
• For subscription-based services, if a client forgot to cancel before a billing cycle renewed, refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
