DiamondKeys Business Policies

🔹 Please read all policies and pricing in their entirety. Booking an appointment confirms that you have agreed to all terms.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00/5:30 PM
Closed: Saturday – Monday

  • “Squeeze Me In” Fee: $35 (subject to availability)

  • Off-Day Service Fee: $50 (subject to availability)

🔹 Each service is uniquely tailored to the individual.

Deposits, Payments & Booking

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.

  • The deposit goes toward your service total.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Zelle: (815) 516-9602

    • CashApp: $DiamondKeys01

    • Cash

🔹 Failure to pay the required deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

Late Policy

  • A 9-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance.

  • Your appointment will only be serviced within the remaining time slot.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

Cancellation & No Call/No Show Policy

  • Same-day cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so will require you to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

  • No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and must pay the balance before being allowed to book any future services.

  • Frequent cancellations (more than two within a 60-day period) may result in denied future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients are allowed one free reschedule per appointment.

  • After the first reschedule, a new deposit will be required for any additional changes.

  • If you cancel a pre-booked appointment without an excused reason, future appointments will require upfront payment in full.

Fill-In & Lash Maintenance Policy

  • Fill-ins must be booked every 2-3 weeks.

  • Any fills booked after 3 weeks require a new full set.

  • Your lash set must be at least 50% full at the time of your fill-in appointment. Otherwise, you will be required to book a new full set.

  • You have 48 hours to report any issues with your lash extensions for a free fix. After 48 hours, you must book a maintenance fill.

  • Maintenance fills can only be booked between your initial appointment and your 2-week fill-in.

  • I do not work over other artists’ work. If you have existing extensions from another lash tech, you must book a lash removal + preferred full set.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • If a refund is granted due to special circumstances, a percentage will be deducted due to third party processing fees.

General Rules & Expectations

  • No extra guests unless previously discussed and approved.

  • No children are allowed in the service area for safety reasons.

  •  

    If you have any allergic reactions to the service, please notify me immediately. However, refunds will not be provided for allergic reactions.

  • Perk Card Policy: To redeem any loyalty perks, your Perk Card must be present at your appointment.

Client Responsibility & Final Notes

  • Each service is a luxury service and require proper aftercare. Please follow the provided care instructions to maintain results.

    • If you have any questions, please contact me via text or call (779-335-4834). I will no longer communicate through my personal social media accounts.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all listed policies.
